John Fisher Students Take Centre Stage at the Lyric

Congratulations to the students who took part in this years 2018 Connections Youth Theatre Festival. Each year the National Theatre commissions ten new plays for young people to perform, bringing together some of the UK's most exciting writers with the theatre-makers of tomorrow.

The students performed 'The Sweetness of a Sting' by Chinonyerem Odimba. At the Lyric Theatre Hammersmith on the 25th April 2018. The story uses the power of storytelling, to talk about what is becoming a necessary conversation for the younger generations, about identity and heritage.
